What we need from you

We expect our clients to be motivated, responsible and engaged in the change process, giving their full commitment to become 100% involved in their own development.

Practical Matters

Coaching is provided via a combination of face-to-face and phone conversations.

Charging is by hourly, daily or programme rates lasting 6, 9 or 12 months, with a definite exit date so you know where you stand. The coaching programme includes ongoing telephone support which many of our clients find particularly valuable prior to key decision-making events.

We will only agree to work with you after we meet face-to-face, to determine whether the ‘connection’ is right. If not, we will refer you to another professional in our network who can help.
