Building a Global Collaborative team
Following the merger of 2 firms from different cultures, French and English, the holding company was keen to see a faster transition and integration of both cultures. We worked with the global Senior IT Executive Team who, as a result, became aware that they all had a common vision. This process enabled them to buy into the strategy and take responsibility to communicate with, and motivate, their local teams and work together to deliver the goals. The result was a smoother and more effective SAP implementation.
