The CEO had not managed to make the transition from salesman to Chief Executive, and as a result the Board lacked leadership and the big picture vision, being stuck in the detail, and all the members were pulling in different directions.  This was having a direct impact on the turnover of the business.  Working with the CEO on a one to one basis he shifted his mindset and behaviour to take the lead and, together with his board, refocus and turn around the business, increasing turnover by 30% within one year of our working with the firm.

Resolving Conflict within the Executive Board

Working with the CEO we identified the cause of the conflict and worked to restructure the Executive Team including a change of members. The result was a motivated and focused top team.
