When facing problems, we can try to solve them ourselves, sweep them under the carpet, or try to adopt somebody else's unsuitable solution. Often these are costly decisions and usually made without sufficient data.

Programme Overview:
STEP1: Problem holder brings issue to the Brainstorming Club.
STEP 2: Initial meeting with problem holder and facilitator to understand the needs.
STEP 3: Select appropriate experts.
STEP 4: Half day private round table workshop with selected experts relevant to the issue eg Legal, finance, marketing, PR, Sales, HR. Normally about 6 people plus facilitators.
STEP 5: Ongoing work with selected experts.
STEP 6: Round table review 3 months after workshop.
